minimum of 24 hours between submitting this request form and
the actual pickup time.
Please provide the
time, date and
location of taxi
requested;  A credit
card # will be
required for all first
time pickups.   You will
be charged only at the
time of the reservation,
however last minute
cancellations will be
charged half price. If
you wish to be picked
up at logan, please
list your airline and
flight number and look
for us where the
limos park.  Allow 24
hours notice for time
call requests.
